| A medium size (62.5cm), medium strong, well proportioned dog of very good type. Very expressive with high withers, very firm back, good length &&y of croup. He shows very good angulations of the fore & hind-quarter with powerful thighs; shows good development of forechest, he should stand more correct in front and show a better attachment of the elbows, the pasterns should remain tighter. In movement the dog displays a powerful drive with very good reach transmitted through a firm back. His temperament is firm & outgoing. Donald L.C. Faults and Virtues : This is a dog of very good type & anatomical structure which should, however, show much better attachment of the elbows and be firmer in pastern. Breeding Advice : Recommended for all bitches where the length of body and strength of head is not a consideration. The assessment with regard to the failings in the forehand are considered not to be of an inherent nature. |
