On 21/8 I apologized to Mr. Benny Geerts, for any inconvenience my 21/8 post may have caused him,
I certainly had not been aware of the fact that I was doing something that is not etiquette, when I made the price of his dog known -
I told him that I'm obviously not at all familiar with the practices of individuals in the business of breeding and/or selling dogs.
I extended my apologizes and asked him to forgive me for my ignorance!

So yes DJThurber, Urban was for sell,
The only reason for why he may not be available right now,
Would be in an effort to devalue my
(45.000€) post
(which in turn would mean that ICE is just as much a “comedian”, with just as many “problems” of his own, as I!

Hi everyone,
Im new to this board ,but am wondering if anyone has checked with Benny Geerts about the actual sale of Urban?I know him and I even own one of the sons of this very same litter,exact littermate to Unox and Urban.
Last I remember Benny owned this dog and would never sell him,may times are that bad?
As for my own opinion, I like the dogs, all 3 of them{yes even my own} lol.But Brenda,
the dam could use some work.Never the less,
Ive seen all 3 males work when I was in Beligum and was impressed.But as for making
a stamp on the entire GSD breed in SchH, thats not we that decide this.And Im sure that if any of us did have that kind of power,clout,or experience we surely wouldnt be here talking about it, would we?I mean to be President of the SV is quite the challange.I remember being with the Messler
and his brother when we all went out to eat in Colonge talk,gab,laugh,and celebrate with one another.Maybe Mack could of went much higher in the SV shows if he would have not been owned by the brother to the President of the SV?Now if you ask me, thats Politics lol!Take care

Very nice dog, head could be a bit stronger but if this photo he is 1 1/2yrs. maybe it can improve. Good zw-hd, good proportions anyone knows how is his man work? I don’t think the zv judges are wrong, I have not seen this dog in person, and the judges have. I will certainly give him the benefit of the doubt. His future like most dogs, depends on his ability to produce.

His father did not impress me in his breeding also (just not my type of dog), but he impressed a lot of the jugdes, Mack's got a lot of very high-placed progeny out there. Urban is year and as half on the picture, and when he fills out, I think he'll become a very nice male. He doesn't really have any conformation flaws.
He's inbred on Fanto. Whether or not he will contribute to breed only time will tell, but I think he's got a good chance to.

If this is true, i must really say that i think the price is way too high for this dog. And i don`t think he is good enough too deserve his place at the bszs.
His father hasen`t impressed me in his breeding, and i really don`t think Urban, can do anything to improve the breed.
This is only my opinion, though.

Why comic? For getting the price wrong by 5000,-? With this amount of money that is not very much. :)
