Typical...when the argument has run dry, resort to insults.

Btw, I don't see the proof that climate change is caused by human activity ( just the opposite), and I'm not even a Republican!

Joanro, Republicans are well known to be anti-science and anti-climate change, just google from reputable sources, they are fond of saying "if it is global warming, why is this winters so cold" and other such daffy sayings.  As for not believing it is in part do to human causes, well, I have a feeling all the science in the world will not alter your view so why bother.

So much for Global Warming:

Better read this RECENT article from a NASA scientist.

Mindhunt, best to leave at that. I'm not trying to convince you that I'm correct, but you seem determined to convince me to adopt your view...in a free society, one is allowed to come to conclusion based on their research. If you have anything to offer other than insults using uninformed people as representing me or millions of other people, then I will look at your evidence. However, nothing you have offered is different from what I have already seen over the years.

I see your " quotes" such as; if there's global warming why is it so cold, are insulting and sterio typing everyone who does not share your view point as being ignorant and uninformed.

And you are claiming millions of Americans who don't share your point of view as being " anti-science" , when the opposite is true....science is the bases for the belief that any climate change is not being caused by human activity....instead of blindly believing the government paid "scientists" who report what the government wants them to report.

You should be above that, with all your University schooling and all. But maybe they don't teach civility in those places.

Mr Darcy, it would have been funny to me if it was not aimed at about half of the population of the country.

Using that way of thinking, we could lump all democrats in the shoot to kill Republicans and POTUS supporters because of the nut cases who committed those crimes in the name of their political affiliation....but that would not be fair to the other millions of democrats who have not committed those atrocities.

Mountain lion, very interesting article. In the comments, someone remarked that the scientist who stated the facts out loud ( it's been common knowledge for years to those who believe in science) will be ostrisized by colleagues for going off the plantation so will be flipping burgers soon. Here's a live link,

Another interesting tidbit is that when the temperature on earth has fluctuated, whether it be a little cooler or warmer, the same has taken place on Mars. This would indicate that the sun's changing activity has a direct effect on climate change.

There are no conservatives on Mars saying fire up those coal fired plants. No one is burning fossil fuels on Mars.

The whole thing is a HOAX.

The whole thing is a HOAX.

Or SCAM to redistribute wealth!
