I'll be very interested to know whether this dog should also be considered a bicolor.

FYI, he also does/did have some toe pencillings, though very faint.

Hey Christine - thanks.  :)  He's SG Dante vom Steinbeckland IPO3 Kkl.  His show rating was out of the Young Dog Class, so I'm hoping to try for a V out of the Working Class when I do his lifetime breed survey in 2018...

Sorry you cant get better pictures of toes but if you say his toes are black penciled and no tan behind the ears then he is a true bi-color
