Hi Miguel,
I'd recommend Helio from "Alfa Dog" k9 school. He is a very knowledgeable person and working line breeder who can definitely get you a good dog from his breeding or another one that he recommends. Feel free to inbox me if you need help with the GSD "world" in Portugal.

You also have Maria Teresa ( von Spürsinn kennel) right now she has an excellent litter out of King House Challege x Mina van Rozentuin.
