The working dog people dominant the clubs. They not only looks for better ways to promote their dogs but also by group look for better ways to cheat. Good luck to anyone that actually trains and competes but to succeed you should become a judge to make sure your failures pass. In your resume you can claim how many dogs you take to Nationals even if none ever gain a score. Sorry but years of watching the clubs in my area.
