No wannabe, my dogs are all in paid work.

by joanro on 20 April 2017 - 22:04

So are mine. How many drug busts have your cat killers made?

by duke1965 on 20 April 2017 - 22:04

VK only stating facts we are facing every week, and selling good dogs is easy, finding them not so much, and for your info I am breeding dogs for LE and expanding our breedingprogram as we speak because of shortage of quality dogs

here is one of my new breedingfemales, dont need to look at biting even

joan how many drug busts have you made with your dogs.

by joanro on 20 April 2017 - 23:04

None.

How much bounty do you get for each cat your dogs kill?
When I have feral cats here, I shoot them with a 22 rifle after my dog trees them. Lots more humane....one bullet one dead feral cat one less cat killing our song birds.

Pete, I made my living for thirty years with my horses and dogs that I trained myself, made a living during off season shoeing horses and training colts...and I can and have trained and titled gsd in SchH...pretty much retired and have gsd for pleasure but I will not knowingly breed any dog that is not to the breed standard no matter how much money I loose.

Joan...why so defensive? None of my comments were directed at you, but since my overall observations of breeders in the United States seems to have struck a cord...some of what I said must not be the first time you've heard that.

I stopped responding to your comments the moment you started name calling and clearly couldn't have an adult conversation/debate without sinking to that. Enjoy your dogs, I'm glad you believe in your breeding program. Hopefully one day I'll hear of it from someone other than yourself.

Duke,

that is a nice female.

by joanro on 20 April 2017 - 23:04

BW, always play the same word game. And you still have not answered if you even own a dog and if you do own one, who's coattails do you swing from?...just a bunch of self righteous vitriol that you always dump on every thred. Prove your expert training, show some videos of your superior training with your superior dog, if you even own one.

Agree with BE, that is a very nice female you have there, Duke. Is she pedigreed?

by Bavarian Wagon on 21 April 2017 - 00:04

No coattails, I title prior to breeding. Don't need tight line breedings 2-3 generations back on successful dogs to help me sell puppies. I want each and every breeding dog proven, not just a dog that I personally believe is to breed standard. All breedings dogs are looked at and graded by judges at trials, get show ratings, and are breed surveyed. Multiple eyes and hands confirming what I also believe...the dog or bitch is breed worthy. When we start depending on just the breeder to confirm their own belief that their future cash cow is "breed worthy" is when the breed suffers.
