Hello Chroman, welcome to PDB, and you will need to give us more than that information if you want us to suggest help for you !
When you say you want advice on how to choose a GSD, the best place to start is to tell us:
What do you want the dog to do ? Is it to be a pet/companion ? Do you wish to take up a dogsport ? Are you looking for a bodyguard ?
It will also help if you give us an indication of where you are living (if USA, then the State and rough geographical area in that State; if some other country, which one ?)
Have you owned dog(s) before ? GSD(s) before ?
It is a good idea for you to take some time getting to know your way around the PDB site; there are lots of helpful articles on here, about aspects of dog selection and ownership, as well as the adverts available.
It is also a good idea if you find out if there are dogshows and dog training clubs, of various kinds, within travelling distance of where you are. If you attend a few of those you will start to get some idea of what is available.
You can go along just to spectate, and you might make useful contacts.
