The two most common causes of diarrhea in pups are a parasite called coccidia and worms.

Take a stool sample to the vet for analysis, and he/she can give you the proper medication.

The next most frequent cause of diorhea in puppies is being too heavy handed with the amount you are feeding. Double check you are not overloading them. Commercial dog foods will almost always tell you slightly high amounts per dog per meal - they sell more product that way ! If you are then also adding similar amounts of chicken or other fresh/raw, you are doubling the size of their meals.

Other causes I have noticed are ingestion of shavings, rocks, feces and other objects that you may be aware or unaware of.... Over feeding is a biggie too!

Best to always rule out parasites first.
