Sorry to hear this.....we are dealing with much the same thing with a puppy that came in from an ad here on this site.
I hope you can get this worked out. It is so disapointing when things are promised and it is not the truth.

AMEN! You are exactly right. And many times with puppies.....people do not know what they are suppose to look like.

now for the next issue. germany will not accept his pink papers and will not do a bescheinigung on him because according to his pink papers i am the 4 th owner and i bought ice from someone in serbia...i am now being told i have to take my request to serbia and there is no guarantee that he will get papers

serbia will not issue a bescheinigung because he was never serbian registered.

Hi guys I have purchased two dogs from Alexander in Sofia Bulgaria and I have had no problems at all. I had a 1 week delay on shipping but all else was great. He was up front and sent dog and papers at one time
I am not saying g that you are not telling the truth I am just telling people I had no issues

hi all, i'm back!! has anyone seen the movie "best little whore house in texas? remember the mayor hiding behind the columns saying "now you see me now you don't?" well that mayor is alexander dimitrov.
see i thought i was home free when the german pinlk papers arrived. did my thing sent them to sabine in germany and she sent them back telling me that the person that sold the dog to me was serbian and that i had to go to serbia for the "bill of sale" so i sent all of the paperwork to serbia to be told that the dog was not serbian registered!?!? okay so alexander finally answers me and tells me the dog is bulgarian registered, so i sent everything into bulgaria to be told the dog is not registered in bulgaria. the problem is that alexander is a broker , agent and he never signed onto and off of the dogs papers so the last sign on before me is a man from serbia who never registered the dog...have sent 4 emails to the vanishing man and no answer. time to let this go and place the dog and take the loss....moral of the story make sure you know who you are dealing with when you go out of the usa, at least in country you have the courts on your side
