I have been following these breeders on their website as well, for close to two-three years. I did find it odd that one day they advertise working line puppies and adults just to one day not having them listed anymore. I figured they had stopped breeding them or something. I should have realized something was fishy.

To the person who wanted to no why I wanted a dog with my sister and husband with cancer. Let me tell you This was back in Nov.8th I sent von wyzal the money and my sister had no ideal she had caner util 5 months ago and died not even 3 months of knowing she had brain cancer. An for my husband he was doing good with the cancer med he was on, until May of this here year when the cancer hit so bad in the bones. Why would you think that I should not have a dog??? The best thing I could think now is to have a dog to love and to have company. It's lonely by your self. Think of this when you lose a love one. Stay away from this person
Antony, his brother and Von Wyzal...

Jeannie, I for one agree with you! Not our place to judge!

Back in 2004, my husband was dying of cancer, my dad was 89 years old and in a nursing home, and my mom was 91, and just barely managing at home with the help of a live-in caregiver. My GSD was 14, and beginning to show her age.

I thought to myself, "I need to get something to love that's not going to die on me in the next couple of years, because it's going to be pretty lonely!" So, I went out and got a little black male kitten.

After my husband died, the cat would wait for me to go upstairs to bed. Then it would dash up the stairs ahead of me. As soon as I was under the covers, it would jump up on the bed. We'd have a little cuddle and play time then I'd settle down to sleep with the cat curled up against my back. He was wonderful company, as one after the other, I lost my dad, my husband, my mother, and finally my dog, all within a 14 month period!

Jeannie, I am truly sorry for your loss, of both your husband and your sister. I do know what it is to lose close relatives, my only brother was all I had left of my family and he died last Autumn. And I repeat : I do not defend anything the von Wyzal brothers have done to upset or swindle their buyers. I do think it is a pity that neither you nor your friend who originated this thred researched von Wyzal thoroughly BEFORE giving them money for a dog; as she subsequently discovered, there is way enough info about their antics to put anyone off them as a source of a puppy. However, what was done was done. Of course they should return your purchase money if they have not sent you a dog. I hope you manage to make them do that, there seems to be a group of you acting together now, which hopefully will increase your power to get the right result.

When I expressed concern about the purchase of the puppy BY ANYBODY IN YOUR SITUATION - not a direct personal slight on you, as I do not know who you are and nor did 99.9% of the people reading my post on here - it was purely because my thoughts immediately went to a puppy going into a situation like the one described. If they had sent you the dog you'd paid 2 thousand dollars for, it would be a pity if such a puppy arrived at a time when its new owner really was not able to give it all the time and attention it required, and GSD puppies are A LOT of work. Far better for anyone in your situation to consider the implications of this and NOT buy a pup AT THIS TIME, surely ? Yes, you are seeking to deal with your loneliness now, but at the point where you made the decision to buy a new dog you were nursing your husband, and if I understand your timeline correctly also knew that your sister was ill. Surely you can see that I doubted if that would be an ideal situation for any pup to find itself in ? And wondered also whether the money would have been resented if the puppy HAD arrived, especially if you could otherwise have spent the $2,ooo on nursing or funeral expenses, as the OP implied ? I don't think anyone on the internet / this site takes me so seriously that my word is law to them, it's just an opinion, by one poster. You will have seen that many others immediately disagreed with me and censured me for my comment.

Believe it or not, I had a family come to me for a puppy, when they got here, they told me the money to buy the pup was furnished by the 'MAKE A WISH' Foundation...broke my heart...the young boy s wish was for a German Shepherd puppy.

Hundmutter It really does not matter what is going on in anyone's life. No one should do what von wyzal Antony and his bother did to me and to other people, it's just wrong!!!

Admin, I did not find them on pedigree database. I had actually followed their website and facebook page for close to 2 years before I decided to purchase from them but they do use links to pedigree-database for their dogs.

Hundmutter, i should have went more into detail so you wouldn't have to speculate on the matter. Jeannie has bred for 25 years and not only breeds but shows and trains. She purchased an 8 month old female and was fully aware of the responsibility and able to care and love the dog under any circumstance. She is not hurting financially but that 2000.00 was her money and nobody wants to just give that kind of money away. She deserves the money returned but he has refused and i saw that with my own eyes in writing for everyone to see. She had no idea her sister had cancer at the time she purchased the dog and her husband was not bedridden. It is perfectly possible to care for a sick loved one and still care for and love an animal and try to maintain some kind of normalcy in your life. Sometimes you just have to stay busy to keep from going insane. People handle things in different ways. I myself have contacted and filed reports with AKC for my papers which they said is possible i may get them because of all the information i have. Thing is i have no idea if any of it will be legit with all the lies I am told. Who knows if the parents are actually even legit at this point. I was told by AKC that Anthony has no dogs registered through AKC. When he (Anthony) sent me copies of the litter registration he forget to cover her breeders phone number. I called him (breeder) and he is refusing to send the paperwork in because Anthony sold him a male and never gave him his AKC papers. He flat out told me I would not get the papers until he receives his.I had no idea Anthony or Pysith were brokers or i would have never purchased from them. I was under the understanding he owned the parents. I did search them several times and back in Oct. 2015 when I made the purchase from him there was not 1 bad review on them. If you look at all the reviews and posts about them now you will see that all these purchases were at about the same time last year and it is just that through all his lies and deceit he was able to hold people off until recently. I have been contacted by and have contacted myself many people, who have fallen victim to their lies. Have i learned a lesson? yes I have and their is not a sole I would trust again with the exception of the 2 breeders i have purchased from that didn't screw me over.

So sad when you have to "defend yourself" why you would purchase a puppy in that situation, after you already got knocked down.
You spend more time explaining yourself to a judgmental person than what this whole thread was really about.
You were warning people! Thank you very much! I wish more people would take a stand! I am so sick of the people "not wanting to get involved" (selfish people).
I wish more people could get "The message" instead of people criticizing or wondering why did this person do that.
None of their D. Business why!
Rant over.

I thought that misunderstanding was forgiven and buried, before LovesGSD007 decided to dig it out again.

So, what happened to your OWN thread claiming scam? I see more people are coming out to defend the SCAMMER there, while the OP is silent ! Very unusual IMO !!

Rant over.
