Want to see something more painful? How about this $230,000 "protection" dog, protecting his family from a decoy with a bite pillow.

I doubt people that can afford to pay the high prices for executive protection dogs will ever have to worry about any street type crime or property crime.
The guys at the country club might razz them occasionally.

"......But once four neat stacks of $100 bills were left on the seat of a red sports car in the family's garage, Daron Dylon Wint brutally struck and stabbed Savvas Savopoulos, the CEO of the American Iron Works company where he had once worked as a welder, Wint's charging document said.
Savopoulos' wife, Amy, their 10-year-old son Philip and their housekeeper Veralicia Figueroa also were killed, and then the house was set on fire with matches and a flammable liquid.
The fire began on the queen-sized mattress where the boy's body was stabbed and burned, authorities said.
Firefighters found the adults' bodies in the next room. Evidence shows the women suffered "blunt force and sharp force trauma" before the $4.5 million mansion was set on fire."
Wealthy families are regular targets of criminals..why bother robbing the poor ?

I couldn't agree more with BlackMal. We've been saying the same thing for years. After 9/11 everyone became a dog expert overnight. The protection dog business has so many less than ethical people in it these days that have never had their dog perform a single protection event in the real world. Buying a protection dog from someone that's never trained a dog that's taken an actual bite is a little like hiring a surgeon that's never operated on anyone. And selling a single dog for $230,000.00? Unbelievable! Anyone that would pay that much or sell one for those prices is beyond belief. http://www.patriotdog.com
