Parrish Evans... I've heard through the grapevine that he's pretty eccentric but turns a lot of what he touches into gold, for lack of a better phrase.

You lost me there....lol. He has a good connection for importing dogs. Vom Ausland haw imprted lots of good dogs over his 30's of breeding and competing.

Thanks for the replies so far! I'm just wondering what kind of guy he is? I've heard some strange stories but does anyone know him personally? Is he really a recluse? I've asked around in my admittedly small circle, but figured here would be as good as a place to ask as any.

I have not yet met Parrish in person. I have met Russ and he's a very nice guy.
Easy to deal with, laid back and likes to talk dogs.

I met him once at a dog show. I heard he paid $4,000 to have a female bred to a 10 year old male in Slovakia that had only been bred twice before that and had only produced 2 puppies. Who does that? The puppy is now his own personal dog. I saw the dog... magnificent creature.
