I got a news from Miro by email that Faruk told Miro, He did not know anything, it is a lie , because here i give some evidence or fact as below:
1. all correspondence concerning flight booking with Mr. Faruk Bervovic as a general manager of GKair, he should be a person who can be trusted, all my worries I told to Mr Faruk and he gave an answer not to worry, Because He know Djuro Ivaskovic very well personally ( 2 times)
2. about worry of checking the dog, He give me an answer, that GKair has a microchip reader so they can check a microchip if dog has or tattoo they can check if the dog has a tattoo. and also they can send me a copy of documents and also a picture of dog before shipment.
But when something happenned like in my case, they tried to run a way from their responsibility. until now I wrote this message still no answer. he promised me he promised me that mean he owed me, for such an important case, he is already negligence to the case.
3. he knew everthings, even about document, he told me document from djuro ivaskovic from 1st august 2011, it is a normal documents, not state documents. if he told mr. Miro that he did not know everything that means he is a liar. I do not know the way he is thinking, but by not helping telling the truth, he already indirectly helping djuro ivaskovic's crime case. I think that according to the law as in indonesia follows to the nedertherland's law as a basic law. he would be also involved or suspected in the crime done by djuro ivaskovic. I believed that Mr. Faruk berbovic understand how important of GKair's statement to the case of djuro ivaskovic.
4. all email correspondences with Mr. faruk berbovic from 8 to 16 september 2011, he knew that all troubles I was going through, and he likes to help to contact djuro ivaskovic to clear problems. if he told mr. Miro that he did not know anything, once more he is a liar.
My conclusion, if you would like to buy a dog from internet that shows me that all high risks belongs to you, even the international freight fowarder like a gkair can not be trusted, who can not be trusted, and whoelse can be trusted. and hard to believe such a great germany company can do this.
and I promised Mr. Faruk Berbovic to find a way to make him make a statement as he promised me and he owed me, and I will.

HKS, Croatian has made a decision that found djuro ivaskovic quilty, and sanction to djuro ivaskovic for 2 years for banning for all functions, breeding, and prohibition of public apperance in the name of zuunjoh and HKS as written on HKS Decision paper.
But I like to make appeal for harder punishment as 2 years is too lights, it is not fair decision for 3 people victim and lost.
in the mean time, we also going to take him to the courts through our lawyer.
for further information, we will inform to public, as my hope that we can do business clean and honest.
for NIves semper wictor as I showed at previous foto, actualy the dog is rauba von ropal. the owner admitted to help djuro in this cheating case. just be carefull..... for the attention.
