We in Czech used to make fun of Soviet Union saying that; they have the biggest midget and fastest watch. I wold like to warn people to breed these dogs. It is a money venture since these sell well to people who have need to have "white elephant".
Besides many other reasons I would like to stress that bigger the dog shorter time they live and have more problems with bone structure. This is also promoted by people saying :" My GSD is 132.5lb!" But if you put him on a scale then he is only 87lb. This promotes breeders to breed big dogs. I have no day to pass that someone would not ask me how big my dogs are. Then I ask them if they are going to eat them. Size of a GSD is measured in inches; 22-24 in for female and 24 -26 for males. Stick with it. Thats all.

Wait....Shtal....aren't you the one with the oversized German shepherd?? Do you think there should be a limit on HOW oversized they are?

120 pounds is ok? What breed standard are you reading, the Saint Bernards? Ugh. They are working dogs for God's sake, not Molossers.
edit: Just checked out that site. Hello! Look at the backs! Weak at best, downright swayed in most. This is not conducive structure for an athletic, working dog. One of those males looks like it was crossed with a Leonberger.
I believe the board tagline "SSDD" applies here.

Windy Acres also appears to confuse oversize with overweight. All of the adults pictured are carrying more weight than they should, which will be doubly hard on their joints.
