Has anyone else on here ever wondered why they even exist.  A faulted system from the start it is based of the general public actually knowing the difference in dog breeds to begin with.  There are many breeds that look similar and most people will simply detail the dog to be whatever they know completely missing the actual breed to begin with.  Also take in the number of mixed breeds that are sold as pure breeds every year to unknowing individuals.  I had this happen with one dog that I had purchased.  The breeder even falsified akc papers that were sent along with the dog.  I have found that the most dangerous breeds (most often aggressive from personal experience, veterinarian statements, and groomer statements) tend to be that always trustworthy golden retriever and many members of the terrier family!.

Just thought I would vent
