Keith Grossman

by Keith Grossman on 24 August 2012 - 02:08

The whole way back to the truck I was like, "really?"  LOL!

by hexe on 24 August 2012 - 03:08

Hey, why should he get rid of the girlfriend?  For pete's sake, she took Axel for a walk while Keith was otherwise occupied, didn't she?  I think that was pretty good girlfriend/boyfriend behavior on her part....

Keith, I'd still be shaking my head and saying "incredible! what a good dog!" for about the next week.

About the girlfriend, you know I was just kidding. I think you should keep playing that game with him.  He obviously is a great tracker.

Abby Normal

I am never surprised at how clever they are, and for some tracking just comes naturally.  My girl will 'search' for the ball that has been 'lost' by my other idiot of a male dog not knowing exactly what area he left it in and always find it LOL, and will track back for as long as it takes. I never know if she is tracking his scent or the ball's. If she was tracking his , that would be even cleverer, because she would be making the connection that he had the ball and so his scent would lead her to it !?

Maybe you should take up tracking with him Keith, he obviously has natural ability.

That's pretty cool, Keith. Has he had any formal training it tracking?

sounds like a SAR dog to me........
if he can find his ball, he can be easily taught to find a missing child.

nice!
