Pedigree Database was created in spring 2003, by Olafur Tryggvason (Oli) in Reykjavik, Iceland. Before he had run a breeder website (schafer.is) where he incorporated some of the pedigree features that where implemented in pedigreedatabase.com.
Currently pedigreedatabase.com is owned by Pedigree Services, LLC (PDS) out of the United States of America and PDS is owned by Oli
