Scam Seller Charles Durand UPDATE Proven to Admin - Page 6

My mistake the breeder is kennel Bijana Von Rotenstadt Toric. He sold her Rebecca Cummings and she had a litter for Rebecca right before I bought her. These are AKC reg. Pups. Charles Durand told me he was the agent and was getting paid to sell her for Rebecca Cummings. He told me he had AKC papers on her. He gave me the wrong papers for another bitch he said was in error and he would mail me the correct ones. When's I picked her up there was only one other dog there and it was a male. When he saw the post he told me that he wouldn't send me the papers if I took the posts down

Did she sell the dog to Charles or did he broker the deal for Rebeca. She had the papers and gave them to Charles who won't give them to you?

Or she still has the papers

She will not communicate with you about them?

She did not sell the dog to Charles. He told me he had the signed papers for her in his possession. I texted her got no reply. He told me she was with Rebecca but when I told him she didn't answer my text he said he had come to Florida and picked her up. I live in Florida so why he took her to Louisanna I don't know. He says he has been a broker since 1996 and he brokers Imports for a fee to the owner. Since it has been 6 days since I got her I was giving him a chance since at first he said the papers were in e mail before he saw my post. The posts are why he said he wasn't sending the papers. I just got all the dead hair out of her. It took 2 baths just to get the smell and feces off her. She just started to eat since now. The vet just told me she has heart worm

Does she look like her picture, heart worm to be expected from that area and from dog flippers who don't care to spend the money treating the dogs.  Is it bad, she has only been in that area a short time. 

Many people who are selling dogs in Florida will not ship the reason don't know for sure may be because they need have to health certs on the dogs and certain Licenses to ship dogs. 

Red flag to other buyers so ask for current health check up and heart worm treatments from a Vet. Make sure they verify the dog with Chip or tattoo number and call the Vet.

When you get the papers check the Microchip number on them with the one on her import papers which you should also get with what she has.

I live in Florida myself and never had heartworms it is easy to prevent. I tried again to get in contact with Rebecca Cummings still no reply. I just want to save other people and dogs from this abuse. Yes she does look like her picture except all bones

She is lovely I can't wait to get her back to where she belongs. My husband is at the vet with her and she is chipped. If I don't get the papers maybe I can trace that. By the way what is PM?

Today I have e-mailed .Rebecca Cummings with the request that she contact the AKC and get replacement papers, as well as asking her for the import papers regarding this bitch. Will keep you informed of any responses
