Switching my 7 year old German Shephard to raw diet

Hi there,

I have a couple of friends who have been feeding their Rotweilers raw diet and they have great benefits, but my question is my dog is now 7 years old and i would like to switch her over also but i know German Shephards have a sensitive stomach and im not too sure if i should be doing this cold turkey or do the switch gradually?

She is a little over weight and is having some health concerns at this point and im hoping by doing this change it may help her thin out and become healthier.  But what kind of diet should i start her off on?  who much do i feed her a day? How much meat do i mix together with veggies?

Please help :)

I will help you figure out what and how  much she should eat.  First, how much does she weigh?  2nd does she have ANY food alergies?
