| Our I Litter is due this weekend. Our poor girl is huge, and miserable in this heat. She is having 8 puppies , ( or more). We are having a really hard time wit I names, and it appears we will need quite a few. Ive checked the names on the database, and cant find too many I really like. Just wondering what names others here have used, and like. What are your favorites? |

| She is due this weekend, and although getting them out safely is always a concern we have her safely settled and resting in her whelping area in our home. Labor has not started, she is very big and the weather is miserable so I was looking for assistance to pass the time while waiting for her labor to begin. I am never suprised by some of the comments that people make anymore, or the conclusions they jump too. If you have nothing nice to say, and dont want to offer naming suggestions, or be a apart of this thread ...than dont reply....that simple. It was/ is only for fun and to pass the time until my girl is more comfortable, and all her pups are out safely. Thanks for the suggestions Delacruz!!!! You have some good ones! I also like Inga, for a girl, and Icon for a male! |

| I've had an Ivy and her daughter Isis. Ian, Iceman, Inky, Izzy, Icarus, Irene, Igor, Illyra, Issac, Indigo, Ingra, Ixis, Irma, Imp, Irving. Got a bunch of these off a comic book site. Best of luck with the puppies and their huge momma! |

| Thanks everyone for the great, and creative suggestions! I will likely use quite a few of them. No puppies yet! Yesterday she did not eat, and I thought it may be last night ( although no drop in temp). Then last night she ate ! Today she has not touched her food. It will likely be in the next 24-48 hrs. been taking her temp twice daily. I will keep everyone posted!Thanks!!!! |

| Well just an update ( sorry for the late response). We had 10 puppies last week, 8 healthy boys, and 2 healthy females. Delivery went very well, no issues, and she is a super mom! I am thrilled. For names this is what we have come up with so far. Girls: Inga, and Imma Boys: Icon (Connor) , Ian, Ilay, Inu ( means dog), Ironic ( Nic ), Ixavier, Inferno, Ike. Still also really like Indy :) Pictures will be posted soon! Mom and pups are doing great! |
