Hello all,

I brought my puppy home 2 weeks ago (he is now 10 weeks old) and so far things have been going well enough.  For the most part he is house trained, can sit on command, and lie down (when bribed).  As I am a new GSD owner, I am looking for good sources of information on training, training techniques, and resources- any advice would be most appreciated. 

I live in Broward County (Florida) and there is a Schutzhund club we will be attending in the near future, but in the interim what should be "normal" for a dog of this age to "know"?

Go to this site  http://www.schutzhund-training.com/index.html  Has some good info on puppy training.
 I would also enroll in a puppy class for basic obedience and socialization.... It wouldn't hurt to train for the CGC test as it will help you later on when training for the BH test
