If you want someone who will eat whatever you put in front of him and never say it's not quite as good as his mother's then get a dog. If you want someone always willing to go out, at any hour, for as long and wherever you want ....  then get a dog. If you want someone who will never touch the remote, doesn't care about football, and can sit next to you as you watch romantic movies ..then get a dog. If you want someone who is content to get on your bed just to warm your feet and whom you can push off if he snores ..then get a dog ! If you want someone who never criticizes what you do, doesn't care if you are pretty or ugly, fat or thin, young or old, who acts as if every word you say is especially worthy of listening to, and loves you unconditionally, perpetually .. ..then get a dog. BUT, on the other hand, if you want someone who will never come when you call, ignores you totally when you come home, leaves hair all over the place, walks all over you, runs around all night and only comes home to eat and sleep, and acts as if your entire existence is solely to ensure his happiness ... - -  ..then get a cat! You thought I was gonna say.... marry a man, didn't you? Send this to all the women you know to brighten their day..... Send this to all the men just to annoy them! And don't tell me I don't know what I am talking about, I have been married longer than a lot of people have been alive and divorce is a word I will never know personally. When you are married over twice as long as you have been alive in this day and age it is something to be proud of and I don't need 10 cute pictures to say it. |

| haha.. 50 years married would have been great.. but alas.. sometimes its just not in the cards .. no matter how hard we both try!! This made me laugh.. I love my cats too.. but they do only want you when they want something.. not to come give 'me' a bath.. nooooo but they want to have their ears rubbed or their butt scratched!! on their terms of course.. !! made me smile !!! Gsd.. you are one of the few lucky ones for sure!! seems half of the country gets divorced so easily these days!! I get the joy of starting over with new Shepherds and visiting with you people!! | Hi, Today at our church their was a couple announced of celebration, he just turn 100 years old and his wife is ~90 years old, they were and still being married together for 70 years. I would say Wow! Shtal. |
