I am working on stacking one of the beasts here.  The little monster jumps about 6 feet straight up every time you go to pull her back leg out.  I have a very very firm grip on the collar to keep the beast grounded but lightning speed in on the side of the whippersnapper.  After about 10 tries the normal way I gave up and plunked said beast on the grooming table.  Wouldnt you know it the athleic lil thug can do the same thing up there! The smile on her mug is plain to anyone watching the shinanigans.  What a turd! Help....Keep in mind I used to show Doberman so when I say she is fast I mean like lightening.  Oh and a firm scruff shake just made her more determined to become airborne. Thinks the whole thing is one big ha ha.

Brynjulf, I am laughing loud at the moment, I have given remarks to several members asking for critique on their dogs on how the correct stack should be and last time I tried to take pictures for my dog in stack I couldn't get his hock to stand perpendicular, lol.
Many discussions were made here on how to test the temperament of a dog, well when you try to stack one you can make a good idea about the temperament, lol.

I have a youngster like that now. I found that if I walk him into the stack, there is less fuss. I also find that some dogs prefer one side over the other when putting the leg back. Almost like being right or left handed.  I always have 2 others helping if I want to take a good photo. One to take the picture, and the other to stand in front of the dog with a squeeky toy. This can also backfire if the dog has high prey drive. food can work as well.

LMAO! I can't help you, but I REALLY think a video would help others here to determine your best plan of attack. ;)

O really you want me to ad a camera to this circus act :)  I got her stacked yesterday!  My son took a towel and played bite games while I messed around with her back legs. ( still on the table)  Worked well.  I can just see me handing her off to a handler, o by the way here is a rag to get her to bite .....LOL
