good orthopedic surgeon sunshine coast or brisbane qld?

Ninja has elbow dysplasia and needs surgery. Can anyone tell me if they know a good ortho surgeon in sunshine coast or Brisbane qld & aprox how much we can expect to pay. We've been quoted a ball park of $3000 by Richard Mitchell. Thanks. We just want to book in and start getting better but we don't want to have it made worse by going to the wrong person.
