| I am not pleased to inform anyone about "NK9COP" who claims to have a security service, kennels, .. ried to purchase a "Czech Import Single Purpose" German Shepherd from him, and recieved a run-around. I called him and arranged a deposit amount, and sent it to him. He recievied it of course, and I had 4-5 days to give him the rest of the payment (before getting there and seeing the dog and if I actually wanted the dog) and the deal was, if in the 4-5 days I didnt give him the rest of his money he would return my deposit. On the fourth day, I was at work, which when he left me a voicemail stating that "If I did not call him in 15 minutes, the dog was going to be sold." I recieved 3calls by his count and 0 by my "missed calls list". When I recieved the voice mail the following day, I immediately called him. He informed me he had sold the dog and was going to an individual in Atlanta area, but he had ANOTHER dog which was not a dog who had been introduced to scent work nor bite work and was a mal/shepherd mix that he would sell to me for the same price and would even have the man that bought the dog I was supposed to recieve could drop the dog off for me on his way to Atlanta...the price of the dog was $1,500.So, I told him I wanted my deposit back and he said "Let me see what I can do because I have another dog I can get you to make this OK" Almost a week later he called me back asking if I wanted the dog I had ORIGINALLY WANTED. So, there again I asked if I could just recieve my deposit back since this had all been a negative experience and I was not pleased with what had happened.

| I take it he hasn't already given you your deposit back at all. With that in mind, can you not instigate legal proceedings? You can always have a legally threatening letter to him stating you will take him to Court (whther you do or not is up to you) and givres him his options legally (ie to let you have the dog you first wanted or your deposit back). |
