Would you do a A stamp if the vet says x-rays are good? ( pink papers and vet says University college on plate)

or

OFA ( pink papers, do they honor foreign registered dog?, and what is their site  listing requirements?)

Help.

Yes I would do an A'stamp because they are more thuro there then OFA.OFA is a luck of the draw really.A'stamp is more expensive but worth it in the long run.That is just my opinion..
