My puppy walks funny (1 replies)

My 4 and a half month old Newfie has started to walk funny. When he takes a step with his back foot he twists it and rubs his outside pad against the cement. This causes his pad to rub down and bleed. Will he grow out of this? Is he just doing it because he's growing so fast? Any advice would help.

Hi,
This sounds like a knee problem..I would have your Vet palpate his knee's to see if they are luxating. I hope you bought the puppy from a reputabale breeder!
