FACTS : AUGUST 2009
Frank Everaerts bought 2 dogs from me .
1 DDR and 1 dog from the Czech rep. .
He tested the dogs on ball drive , bite and social test .
Because he want to make new x rays first he promised me to pay the dogs in 30 days ,
when x rays were good .
A few days later he called me that everything was ok and that the dogs were doing fine .
30 SEPTEMBER 2009
Pay time for Mr Everaerts .
His client in the US didn't want the dogs and he wants to sell them with a lot of
profit to my friend Mike in the US . I told him I didn't was agree with this and warned
Mike how much money Frank still owns me and her don't have to pay more .
( the dogs were LEGAL still mine )

Now Frank Everaerts start suddenly writing all lies about me .
AFTER 3 MONTHS ???
I have already reported Mr Everaerts since October 2009 and he never reacted because he knows HE' S THE BAD GUY IN THIS STORY . He even not dare to pick up the phone when I try to call him .
I have a lot of friend in the US they can confirm I am a serious and honest man

Rudy, my friend, how long have you been selling dogs? I do not know you, but I know that you are good and an honest person. How do I know? You are judging other people's future actions based on the way you would act in the same situation. And obviously you would either return the dogs or would pay for them. You are naive but honest. I used to be like that. But learned not to.I understand it is hard if you are in position of weakness. You want to believe the guy because you are forced to. Con-artists know that. I have found out that it is much easier to get payed first and then let the dogs go, rather then to go and kick unpayer's door in and repo my dogs.
I would do business with you any time. You sound like a good man.

It 's very simple . Frank Everaerts bought 2 GOOD DOGS WITH ME WITH GOOD HIPS AND ELBOWS .
THE DOGS WERE GOOD . ALL THIS CONVERSATION IS RECORDED BY K9 MAN MIKE .
WHO IS the BAD GUY ? HE DON4T PAY MY DOGS OR DON4T GIVE TEM BACK .
I am asking myself what' HIS PROBLEM ?

I responded to your other thred, and I can tell you as a few others can on here that Rinus and Rudy are not the same person. I have been doing business with Rinus for 2 and a half years and have bought two dogs with him, and we email each other on a regular basis.
Mr Peersman does not write the same as Rinus. I am not an expect on writing, but I can definitely tell the difference, in the way they write. They don't write even remotely similar. It is not the same person.

This Rudy Peersman and the owner of Daelenberghutte Kennels Mr Rinus Bastiaasen is not same person, they met only once briefly at a Dog show where i believe Mr Peersman was purchasing a Dog from some one at the show, not from Daelenberghutte kennels,
He is not as i know a member of the VVDH in Belgium or is he interested in the sport of Schutzund, However that is nothing to do with the mans character, I for one have never heard of him in the Schutzund Circles that of course makes no difference
but again i say it is wrong for anyone to bring a persons name to task on a Dog forum, It should be done privately, I can say this should it ever happen to me then i will find the one responsible bring them to task even if they live over the other side of the world and that is the plain truth I am dead against this practice and i hope the person doing it gets there just rewards for there efforts in bringing a persons name into disrepute

Mister Everaerts : I am from Holland and I have been following your ridicules abuses against Mister Peersman . Can't you read all the good replies( from all over the world ) about this man ?
You are the bad guy ! You are the one who are stolen dogs .
I am a shamed in your name , being from the same Country as you .
You try to ruin a good man's reputation . Shame on you .
But I am afraid that on the end you are gonna be the big looser .
All reasonable people who followed this conversation are cleaver enough to see
