The Pedigree Database: Boxer

My boxer, Tanner, is going to be one year old on July 26th and she has not come into heat yet. Is ther reason for me to be worried or is it normal? I take her to the dog park and she also plays with other boxers outside where I live but most of the others have come into heat by now I am starting to be worried. Plese help or I guess we go to the vet next week huh?

I don't have Boxers but my friends do and she was worried about the same thing but her girl came in heat when she was 14 month old , not all dogs come in heat at 7-8 month some of my young bitches  GSD's waited longer too, going to the vet for just that right know I would think is waist of your money give her alittle more time, contact your breeder and ask them if that is common they should be able to answer your Questions about that.

Hello... I would not be to worries yet... My girl did not go into heat until she was 14 months old. The vet can tell you more but once again I would not be to worried.
