Has your vet checked Bohdi for a rare Neuro-Muscular disease/condition called ``Myasthenia Gravis`` My dog (Tervuren collie X), was very sick with this disease and it was extremely hard to diagnose, due to the symptoms being the same as so many other diseases.  She had many of the same symptoms that you are describing Bodhi has. It is a specialized blood test to make the diagnosis.  Ask your vet about it. Meanwhile, I hope Bodhi is doing better.
