Reporting copyright infringements

Almost all of the information (including images) is user submitted and a collective work of GSD enthusiasts all around the globe.  There is no possible way for pedigreedatabase.com to follow up on every submitted image or posted text.  (Note that as soon as the dog is registered in its respective Organization (AKC, FCI, WUSV, etc.) it (the organization) has full power over the pedigree information, not the breeder)

As requested by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), Pub. L. 105-304, pedigreedatabase.com has designated an agent to receive notification of alleged copyright infringement occurring in the pedigreedatabase.com domain. If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed, notify our designated agent specified below.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act requires that all infringement claims must be in writing and must include the following information:
