jetta'smom,
Why do you think your dog without an off switch might do better at PSA that IGP?

I didnt see Strazhe Severa kennels Evegina Shishmakova...does anyone know if she is good to do business with?

Na Strazhe Severa kennel seems is somewhere in russian Siberia and looks like have heavy use of Stasi kennel dog.
if i remember correctly, you already gained experience of dealing with russian Stasi breeder. looking for more?

The best outside person to evaluate a potential puppy or adult is the one interested in that animal, provided that they, themselves know what to look for. How many of those do you know?

pup's assessment today has only one aspect - does that pup have enough of prey. that's all what breeders need, to sell that pup - show to potential buyer how crazily pup chases thingy.

I have one of those pups. No off switch, always busy when out of kennel. Great environmental but sharp with selective people. Never looking to be petted always exploring her surroundings. Will run off with pinch collar in mouth. No DDR but half Czech/WGWL. Pedigree full of sport titles dogs. I’m baffled,  never have a female like this. Wanting to do IPG but might be better at PSA.

what about dog's behavior in day by day life?

Valk, what assessment only has one aspect today? I know mine does not and I am sure many other people also feel the same way.
I do have an interest in any potential dog's prey drive, but, its not the only thing I care about, I assure you.
I find daily life with a dog that is clear in the head, solid nerved, etc, a much more appealing way to live then with a dog that is "crazily chasing thingy".

Valk....behavior is fine. Better in fact, less reactive to dog’s, very alert, will bark at noises, always exploring great nose. Does not care about people, will sniff them walk away. Very handler focused. She is now with a good friend/trainer since I will be having shoulder surgery in 2 days. She has adapted very quickly and doing great
