i contacted PCCI in philippines and asked this and the answer i got was this --> the puppies can be registered but it is your own risk if ever there's a genetic faults with the puppies .

i saw my pomeranians pcci was half incest on the dams side and normal on the sires side. and he is completely fine BUT the pomeranian groomer and vet told me he might have 1 ball but not sure yet if the other one is still hiding maybe .. thats the only genetic fault that i know on my pom..but i wouldnt advice breeding close in the pedigree..just in case :)

SavanaTheHusky, if your Pom doesn't have both testicles descended into the scrotum, he should not be used for breeding, as it is a genetic fault that does pass to the offspring. Additionally, the retained testicle poses a health risk to the dog, and it is generally recommended that it be removed when the dog is old enough to handle the surgery, as it can become strangulated [where it twists around the spermatic cord], which is not only painful for the dog but can be life-threatening if not diagnosed quickly enough to avoid the tissue dying off. The retained testicle also presents an increased risk of becoming cancerous if not removed.

hexe, i will have my pomeranian checked on friday if he has 1 or 2 balls first and then i will take the steps necessary :) he is currently 6 months old, so the vet should be able to feel something , but just wait till friday :) better safe than sorry :) and if it turns out he only have 1 ball, he wont be used for stud , more like a pet only :)
