some very good advice offered. unfortunately, you seem to have chosen a very careless/sloppy/lazy breeder if only they have to sign a paper or two to get your dog cleared.

do all suggested above and if you don't eventually get a clear title, do not let the buying public ever forget who the breeder is.

inform the admins on this site so they are aware if this breeder advertises here. and do everything you can to prevent this happening to another buyer.

jmo,
Rik

edit to add. no way I would let the official papers out of my hands.

Thank you very much. Yes, I know what you mean but don´t know what specifically should I have verify. The Pedigree copy? And as for money, it doesn't matter because I have already spent so much money....including veterinary treatment (the puppy had scabies and mold) etc that I don´t care... Thanks once more you all.

Yes, the Pedigree, but also your copy of the Sales Contract.  Specifically, ANY of the documents you are sending that you don't want to risk letting go of the ORIGINALS.

Just to confirm the purpose: you want somebody else (i.e. the Notary) to sign that this document is an actual photocopy, unamended, of the original form of whatever document you were given by the breeder, and that the Notary has been shown. [So, not something that's different & you might have 'cooked up' yourself to suggest a fraud on her part].

If ENCI knows the documents are genuine ones (even if they are being sent copies not originals) it makes it simpler for them to tell her she has to comply with the application for the Export Pedigree. [Saves arguments with her maybe coming back to them saying she does not have to co-operate because you are somehow being dishonest about the puppy or its sale - not that I am suggesting that you are !!, but she might Sad Smile].
