I think most people put a deposit on a dog/pup before shipping is arranged. If you did not do that then the breeder had no obligation to you.

Wendilin has excellent reputation, and dogs from my experiences....

Let me say upfront- I would not have been talking to them if I had thought their reputation was anything but good- I knew the dogs sire who I admired and a couple of years ago almost bought the dam but then she was pregnant.

I was buying a green dog 11 months old- $3500- which was reasonable and fair- I was never asked for a DEPOSIT and she knew I am alone with multiple dogs so I needed someone to pick up dog at airport 2 hours away.

There were so many conflicting stories from CK about the shipping that it seemed impossible to get him here and arrange for either of two people to get him at Orlando- too hot/ too cold- none of which were true per Air Canada. I called them to tell that that and gave them the tele # but had to leave a voicemail which interestingly enough she says they did not get. I also sent a message to that effect. Go figure.

The REAL truth was she did not want to deliver him to Toronto for shipping and could not be bothered. That is my take.

Sad because the dog would have had a much better life here than anywhere period.

Wendelin Farms is one of the only breeders I have only heard good things about and nothing bad. I understand it's frustrating on your part but most people have the understanding that the item/dog/whatever being sold is not reserved until money changes hands or a contract is signed.
I couldnt agree more with Sherman Ranch's comment about bonding with the dog first. Call me a snowflake but I feel for these dogs flying across country that get passed around so much. Good to see a breeder come out and say something like that.

Wasn't it just about a year ago you posted about being scammed by another breeder?

Welllll, that's quite the proclamation.

o.k Armauro do you really want to go any further here? All this shipping stuff has nothing to do with the fact that you never told me "I want to buy the dog, send me purchase agreement and money request"!

here is a copy from my FB message to you:

OCT 9TH, 3:40PM Wendelin Farm

o.k so you want to go ahead and buy him? Why sending to the trainer? I think it would be best if you take him home first, then spend some time with him bonding. I can assure you that you don't even want to send him away anymore after that. But sure that would be your decision. If you want to send the money now I will send you invoice and Pay Pal money request. Sent by Lucas Kaiser

your respond:

At my trainer lots of dogs living in house- I sent my czech dog there for 2 months-they train and play-you told me very little obedience- my trainer thinks in 2 weeks he can get him done- I will sleep on it- you know I am alone here- one has to be careful introducing a strange dog into my house with especially my male.

And to say this to you now : I am driving all over the place, up to Montreal, down to Toronto or even the US airport (Syracuse) to ship dogs, I think I go way out to make my clients happy. I would even fly to Orlando with the dog if I had to!! I always try to make things happen, some times it doesn't work out as we all want to. So please stop, in all fairness I will not post all your FB comment to me and your harassment comments you sent me, after I sold the dog to other client.

There are many other good dogs out there, you can buy any day an other dog, obviously you like to serve the internet for dogs!

have a good day, Christina Kaiser

I even offered you more than your asking price- TOS violation- you can post all you want - you could not ship so you said - you do not bring a strange dog into a home with multiple dogs especially males without proper intros- you should know that but then you do not train dogs ONLY buy them with or with out titles and breed them like cows on the farm.

You never asked for deposit or any monies- plain and simple. I wanted him because of his personality and you sold him out from under me as I was making arrangements.

Get Lost!

Listen Armauro I always keep my word, the dog was sold to serious person, you had enough time, you keep message back and forward over a week! Once I told you dog is sold you just freaked out! How crazy ,you so much wanted to dog that you told me to cancel the deal with my other client and offer me more money:) I would never do this! You could offer me thousands$$ more I would not break a deal I already had signed with an other customer and that would of been the same for you if you would actually bought the dog!

You do this over years, you ask me for dogs, I offer you dogs and then you never bought a dog of me, maybe better that way! Then you go elsewhere and import dogs overseas, after you have them you rant how the dog is not what you wanted...too small...too much drive...too crazy whatever!

Go on my website and check my dogs, most of my dogs are from our own breeding over generations!
We breed them, raise them and train them! Yes I do work with other trainers, I don't do all work by myself.
I actually take it very serious to work my dogs, titles my dogs and then breed my dogs, that is what a good breeding program does. I sell dogs to family, for sport and for police! SO what is wrong with this???

Very few of your females are titled at all. Your stud dog is purchased.
So be it- you have your version of the transaction and I have mine- from my viewpoint and that is what counts in my world you are not ETHICAL plain and simple. Do you think I fell off back of turnip truck- you do not know who you are dealing with.
I do not expect anything positive back here because all breeders stick together.

Get Lost.
