This is in the middle of a post? WTH, I never knew this type of ad was on here. I use adblock because it speeds things up for me. I live in a rural area and our internet speeds are lacking. Lean in close Ruger, (whispering) get an ad blocker.

Hello GSD 😊
This was taken from my iPhone ? Sometimes it tells me this is not a secure site.

Deanna, lets start the countdown, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and here comes trouble. I use an Iphone and don't have these issues. But I installed ad blocker on it so maybe that is why I don't have these problems. I will shut it off and see if I see what you see.

Go to the app store and install ABP (ad block plus) then, settings, safari, content blockers and enable ABP.

I never would have joined this site if it had been like this back in 2007!

Yes, SS, what you wrote is the sad truth.  Read the link I provided outlining one of the major problems.

GSDguy, if I were you I would try any an all of the following:  clear your cache, clear your web history, reset your modems, routers and do not sign in for a good period of time. Disable javascript when not needed. Disabling the site features is not really a preferred way to engage. Go to Google and delete your ad preferences and try to get a clean slate going on your web history. Be careful what sites you visit and careful which ads you click. Do keep running malwarebytes and hope that some sort of technology breakthrough will somehow be lucky enough to fix the third party advertising code loopholes that are being exploited. Without Oli actively making a list of the third party advertiser offenders, there won't be a way to stop them from hijacking the url with popups and the site will continue to suffer.

The only ad platform Oli uses is googles ad sense, so are we saying that ad sense (google) is so naive to not know how to run their ad program, come on, really?
