Hi Jenn,
I too have had the Misfortune of dealing with Patrick Lockett and his side kicks, Alishia, and "others"(well known names and faces around Gsd's on a world stage),
and funny enough like you (Jenn)....was promised the male i bought from them that the ownership would be transferred into my name with the SV......which didn't happen, even though the dog was PAID for in full......was also lied to about the height of the dog even after i ask for a male to breed standard....(65cm).......the dog is 67.5 cm....was told not to worry there are ways/tricks to hide that...... the problem i had is paying for training after i had a heart attack and i ask for time to catch up with payments,......and long story short....a gun(so to speak) was put to my head, i was lucky to get half of my money back....even though the dog was fully paid for (3,700 euro's) plus half his training was paid for ...he had his AD & BH ....i complained to the SV,which meant patrick was having trouble with the papers been released from the SV hence why an offer was made, (so i took it , after all, "something" is better than nothing) ......i believe the dog was already sold by now,
they treated me very unfairly , and lied a number of times to me ....from the dogs height to they would make sure the dog was in the top group at the seiger show and would be no worse than SG 15-20 (How i wonder....hummm) ,
They are great at making contracts (which in turn gives confidence they are Credible people to deal with, when in fact they use this against you)........clever scam .....
empty promises and Lies.....well i,m sure Mr Lockett's commanding officer and the U,S revenue would be interested in your extra activity, and maybe the SV also,

but i think he and them will worm there way out of it,
One of his associates should know the term, "Tiocfaidh ár lá"....and i hope the day will come for him and his "Associates",
