I've been offered a replacement puppy, so I'd like to ask what everyone thinks of the pedigree.

The dam's not registered here, but her sire is http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=2210061-vero-vom-osterfeld and the dam's dam is http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=592506-enny-von-der-hagenmuhle

The sire of the litter will be http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=2224958-henrik-vom-wolfsheim

Heck, I'd take it as a replacement. Henrik will most likely be one of those studs people wish they'd had something out of in the future. I'm not sure what you're looking to do with the dog, but there is potential for quite "a lot of dog" in this ped. I'm so glad you've been offered a replacement.

I want to do schutzhund with the dog. The damline is similar to Bosco's. I'm hoping for a dog with a similar temperament to his. Anže really knows what he's doing, so I trust him to give me a dog that suits my personality.

I like those pedigrees! There are some very solid working lines in them. The lines are similar to a dog I'm considering for breeding my female to. I also like the structure of a number of the dogs pictured in the peds.

I hope to eventually become a breeder, so I've been looking at very nice pedigrees. I'm getting out the military soon, so I'll dedicate all my free time to my dogs. I have a Quardes daughter (Quardes vd Staatsmacht x Katy z Klidkova dvora) that's very promising and my pet female (not to be used for breeding). I wanted to use Bosco as a stud if he passed all his tests (confirmation, AD, health, IPO, breed survey), so that's what my plan will be for the new pup.

Anže has been helpful with educating me, so I see him as a mentor. He suggested the Quardes x Katy pair out of all the pedigrees I showed him, and the puppy really is very nice. She's a little fireball.

Applause for the breeder who is willing to replace - that's not a given - very generous.
I hope you will have a lot of fun with your youngster, he can't replace Bosco, but for sure he will be able to find another place in your heart.

Forgot to say-nice pedigree...

I didn't expect to get a replacement, so I didn't even ask. Anže grieved with me and also told me that I can get a replacement anytime. I definitely would recommend him to anybody who would want a puppy. He's a good man.

There's a Henrik puppy in my club, now about 10 months old. He's fantastic. I agree with Jen's comment above -- Henrik is a dog we'll be seeing more out of.

If wanted a dog for schutzhund, I'd jump on it. :)

This is a very nice pedigree with a number of very strong working dogs in it...I would take a puppy/dog out of this breeding...
The only thing I can say against this breeding is the fact of Yoschy in it...You either like it or not...
I my self don't mind it but prefer it farther back in the pedigree (which is about the only way you get it any more)...
This should be a nice strong working breeding...Be prepared to have a lot of fun and to meet a "butt-head"...
What I look for in a breeding is a nice "balance"...a nice "balance" between hardness and strong Protection work along with a willingness to follow and do as you ask...I would think you could have this in the breeding...
