Hi Christine,

From our interaction so far the breeder appears to be genuine, they have a website and a presence on this site. Unfortunately It's not practical for us to visit the pups as we are at opposite sides of Europe.
We have seen pics but no video. The pups parents are registered on this site so I can see their lineage.

I don't know how I would verify titles or health certs, I haven't been shown any health certs yet but have been assured the pups parents have them. I don't think the pup has been checked for anything such as HD, just its parents.

The pups do look clean on the ground in the pics and they look healthy.

This is what I've been told will be done before the pup comes to us,

all vaccinations, totally de wormed,
anti rabies vaccination, veterinary health certificate, registered micro chip and Passport in our name and address and the pedigree is entered in the RSCE (FCI)

I'm guessing that's par for the course but then again I've never bought from a breeder overseas before so I could be missing something.
