We thought it was resolved then more information came in. The out come is on hold right now

 

The title says David resolved the issue. Is this still accurate?

Also, just wanted to say that if the wire transfer was done late Friday night, it could honestly take up to 4 days. My bank has always told me business days only and up to 2 days. That would mean it would arrive Monday or Tuesday, hence up to 4 days.

Its Monday now, so curious if the buyer has her refund yet?

I want to say David is a breeder/broker I would do business with. The reason is he stepped up and did the honorable thing and that speaks to him and him only. Things happen and kudos to those breeders who step up and fix the problem. David I know this was a bumpy road but kudos to you for taking care of this. Also, the OP was told that they should in no way shape or form impede you from recovering these dogs and my suggestion to both of you is this should happen ASAP. My suggestion to the OP is you should help as much as possible with the shipping and care of these dogs including releasing all vet diagnosis and notes.

No, it is unbelievable that you called David a scammer in the first place. We usually reserve that title to those who take the money and don't ship a dog at all. Shit happens and it is the person who does the right thing that should be praised. Now if you have proof that David knew there were problems with the dog and didn't disclose it, well in that case you have a point but from everything I have seen and read this didn't appear to be the case. How many times did you tell me he wasn't going to refund your money and how many times did I preach patience. Did you get your money? I feel he did the right thing no matter how he ended up doing it and I am going to give kudos to anyone who I feel did the right thing whether you agree or not. By you losing your patience twice you almost blew you getting a refund at all. Funny how you said if it wasn't for me you would not have gotten a refund and funny how I told you it wasn't because of me but instead was because David stepped up and did the right thing and then instead of coming on here and begrudgingly thanking David you give me a snide remark on my comment. Thanks.
