Who knows? Perhaps the dog that was delivered to LovesGSD007 isn't even the same dog the breeder handed over to the shipper...wouldn't be the first time a dog was switched out for a lower quality one somewhere between the time it left the breeder and the time it was delivered to the buyer.

The youngster in the videos and photos just posted by the breeder certainly appears to be in good condition [though with a coated dog, you can't really tell if they're underweight from a photo of it while it's in full coat].

We have purchased two dogs through David with Bela as the shipper. Both dogs were very nice, in good condition and chip scanned correct. The paperwork arrived with them, and the purchase transactions went flawless. We immediately took our new dogs to our vet to make sure the chip scans matched up, and to get an immediate health check; just in case I had a problem, it would be documented by my vet. Other than the normal worms that dogs have, all dogs were in perfect health and weight, based on our vet's health certificate. I saw the videos and photos from the breeder, and the dog looked in healthy condition throughout the photos. I recommend buying dogs through David, and I am considering doing it again in the future. There is always a risk when purchasing any dog sight unseen. Everyone has different expectations. Also, Bela is a professional dog shipper and he has shipped MANY dogs from Europe to us. He is very good at helping us with any of our shipping needs. I do not feel that either person is a scammer. I hope that both parties can resolve this conflict.

An imageHow is your new dog? Glad to hear you were able to work everything out. We picked up two females from the same breeder through David last Friday. The first few days they were also very timid and scared. By the fourth day they started adjusting to our routine and being "house dogs". They now play tug with our Granddaughter and cuddle up next to her while watching tv. Next week both start class to work on their CGC and once their AKC papers come in Maya will be shown. We are very happy with their temperament and already receiving complements on them during their trips to the pet store and park. I hope your new male meets your expectations. Please share some pictures and updates on how he is doing......

Would like to say David stepped up and resolved this issue by making a full refund to the buyer. I hope this dog is in a safe place where it can flourish and make someone happy. I also hope the buyer makes an appearance here and resolves this issue in her words.

I issued a refund to Nicole Palescuk and send her a copy of confirmation of transfer to show her that funds were on the way to her account and sent a copy to Admin as well. This bank account is under someone else name and not her. Chase bank ( who is the bank that the account number belongs to would not wire transfer the money because it was not under Nicoles name). They suspected fraud might be involved so we decided to do the transfer using our bank. I texted Nicole on Thursday to let her know that my niece was leaving Friday to pick up both dogs. They were driving from Texas to Michigan which is a 25 hour drive and she texted ok. My niece and her husband got to Nicoles house and called her but she would not answer. 1/2 an hour later she answered and told them that she would not release the dogs until the transfer was complete. I called to ask what the issue was and she immediately started dropping F bombs. I asked her why hadn't she mention not releasing the dogs until the transfer was complete when I texted her and told her if that had that been the case I would have sent my niece and her husband the following week. During all this time Nicole sent me text that her daughter wanted to keep frodo that she really liked him and then again that a friend of hers wanted to keep Frodo..I DO HAVE TEXT TO PROVE THAT! If this dog was as bad as she says why would anyone want him.....THIS LADY WANTS TO KEEP BOTH THE DOGS AND THE MONEY...NOT ALL CLAIMS OF SCAMS ARE TRUE. This is one of them..

I am so sorry,
I didn't read my emails right away.
I sent you an email back.. With enough proof!
I still am waiting on my money!
"It will be 4 business days to get the wire transfer" David and Ida Cavarex said. I have never known a wire transfer to wait 4 days. Neither has my bank!
I have transferred money all over the world. It is almost immediate.

I have 2 sick dogs I would love to give back!
I am NOT scamming anyone!
How???
I am out of my money(?) I have 2 dogs that aren't worth anything.
