I was wondering if someone could enlighten me on the progress of this. I was there to recurve a service dog last month and has a terrible experience, then I heard about this selling of donated dogs ordeal and was wondering if I could be of any assistance. For I was threatened to be sued as well for defamation of character for receiving a service dog that was nowhere near trained to do so.

I am the one who donated the dogs who were sold. Others are to scared to come forward. There are many others trust me. I was also threatened to be sued and even received a letter from her so called attorney. My attorney said bring it on. So come to Texas please and sue me. She'll get counter sued while she's here. The Ohio attorney general is investigating this. Here's there contact info. My honest opinion on this is these people below are trying to sweep this under the rug.

Chesty I sent you a message but received no response. I guess your situation isn't that's serious then. According to dogs4warriors website they provide highly trained service dogs. What I don't understand is what's going to happen to the 5 bedroom cabin she builds on her property after this program is canceled? Does it get returned to the people who gave donations. Like I said Sheila I won't stop telling my story until I get an apology and an explanation why you lied to me and sold my donated dog the same day she arrived to the Barnesville Ohio PD for 9500 bucks. I'd also like to know why you lied to PD and told them the dog was flying in from the Czech Republic. Below is straight from the website.

Dogs 4 Warriors provides highly trained service dogs at no cost to veterans suffering from PTSD, TBI and other combat-related injuries. The organization raises, trains and later matches service dogs to a veteran based on the veteran’s home life and personal needs. Each pup and veteran team receives on-site training together that can last weeks. Sadly, Dogs 4 Warriors can only help a few veterans at a time due to limited space. But with the help of Big Heart Pet Brands July $20,000 Heart to Paw grant, that’s about to change.

“This donation means that we can expand our current operations to meet the needs of several more veterans! Since we started Dogs 4 Warriors, our goal has been to build a 5 room cabin that would be living space for multiple veterans while they train with their service dogs. This donation finally gives us the means to work towards our goal!” – Sheila Slezak, Founder and CEO, Dogs 4 Warriors
