I too would like to hear the USCA's justification for Molly still
being a Breed Warden.  There have been more than enough threds on
PDB querying her practices as a breeder for the organisation to take
a close look at her, surely ?  What is the process for removing (alleged)
bad apples  ?  Or do members just have to wait until another election
comes around and vote in someone else ?

Grammar, ;)  LOL (This is in fun, not being malicious).

Wow, what'd she do?

by Unknown on 11 February 2014 - 13:02

As much as people like to believe everything that is posted on the PDB (The National Enquirer of the dog world)

USCA does not monitor the PDB and can not act on anonymous accusations written on the internet.
USCA has a process in place (Bylaws) and that process must be followed.
Ms Graf is a Regional Breed Warden and is voted in (or out) by her region, not the entire organization.
Regional Breed Warden is NOT a Board member position.
To remove her, BOI charges must be filed and upheld or voted out by her region. To date No ONE has filed any BOI charges against her....

by Bob McKown on 11 February 2014 - 14:02

Thats why I asked if the poster was going to file a BOI grievance.

While I take your point about the National Enquirer aspect, Unknown,
even allowing for exagerations, frankly, in terms of some of the stuff that
has - allegedly - gone on over the past few years, I for one am quite
surprised that nobody in her Region has put in a formal grievance and
asked for it to be investigated.

by Kevin Nance on 11 February 2014 - 18:02

Hundmutter,
Perhaps it is because those in the region are more privy to the requisite details/context than you and me (and others) from afar.
Or, perhaps not....
Regardless, Frank (Unknown) is absolutely correct.  To afford necessary protections for our membership, the executive board of the USCA cannot initiate disciplinary action or expulsion.  An individual member must make a formal request with requisite documentation to an independent Board of Inquiry (BOI) before action is taken.
I like the system and its protections.  And, to Frank's point, it does render many of these posts to the "Enquirer" level as any individual truly in the know and a USCA member can indeed take action.
But, most strut their feathers and draw conclusions uselessly on this or other forums instead....
Best,
Kevin Nance
