same way i assume yr post is referring to me now cos it is the next post down? and the thread had no responses for some time until i responded by complimenting the OP and then the thread came to life starting with a negative from gustav?

The post was a comment in general, for people who may think this is viable. Vk4, being an Internet trainer, trust me I know better than to advise you on training issues. That's why I seldom post on issues you are initiating...I know my limitations.
