ilovemypups...I am actually using Panacur off-label for what I believe to be a giardia infection that didn't show up in the fecal samples I supplied to my vet (common that it doesn't) and was, at best, kept under control using metronidazole but returned once it was discontinued.  We've now been on Panacur for five days and Jag's stools are normal.  I will continue this treatment for a couple more days, discontinue for a week to ten days then give him another round for a week or so to kill off any emerging cysts.  How fenbendazole works is not clearly understood but it is believed to eliminate parasites by interrupting their energy metabolism.

PetCareRx...wow...I didn't expect to see you here but welcome to the PDB forum and I appreciate your willingness to confront this issue head on although it wasn't necessary that it ever got to this point.  Allow me to reiterate the course of events...

I have a pup who weighs approximately 50 lbs.  For my purposes, I needed enough Panacur to treat him at the rate of 1 gram per 10 lbs. of body weight, so, one 4 gram package plus one 1 gram package daily.  Panacur is normally packaged and marketed in boxes of three.  I price shopped and your price appeared to be the best available so I ordered from you.  Instead of getting a box of three packages of each from you, as I expected, I got a single package of each.  In all fairness to you, when I went back and looked at your website, it did appear as though you were offering single packages at your price...my bad...that's what I get for assuming.  That notwithstanding, I still can't come to the conclusion that it was your intent to charge for a single package of this product what most others are charging for three so I emailed yout customer service explaining the discrepancy.  I honestly believe that you intended to sell the 3-pack boxes like everyone else does and that it was simply an error on your part that listed them as individual packages.

So, I emailed your customer support...  I told them there is a mistake on your website and that the price they are charging should actually be for the 3-pack.  They ignored this information and gave me instructions on how to return the product with which I was unsatisfied.  I sent another email explaining that that was fine but that I felt they weren't listening to what I was trying to say and would alert my fellow dog people to avoid your firm in the future.  I got no response.

I applaud your coming here as will many others.  Here's the question: was the price for the Panacur intended to be for a single packet or for a box of three?  I returned your single packages of those products and bought what I needed elsewhere.

BTW, the rest of the stuff I got from you is top-notch...the rake is nice as is the nail cutter and the freeze dried chicken liver is like crack to my pup.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I heard from a representative from PetCareRx today and they have acknowledged that their pricing on these items was indeed incorrect, have updated both the website and their database to reflect the accurate quantities, and have gone out of their way to insure I am happy with my experience with them.

One more update...not only did PetCareRx refund my money for the Panacur, they sent me $25.00 worth of the freeze dried chicken liver that is like crack to Jagger for free!  Woot!

Great job......  What is the name brand of the Freeze Dried Chicken Liver?   Sounds like a great high value training treat.
