Two Moons

by Two Moons on 13 February 2009 - 19:02

Hi joe,
Your candid shots are not that bad, it looks cold....:)
I'd like to see a picture of him with his head up looking at something and not the camera.
My dog looks like that when he stretchs sometimes, but standing he has a straight back.
He's still growing too, things may change some as he developes and his bones continue to grow.

Take some more pictures.

Moons.

Well, his mother is a good bitch and well bred.  Try to get some photos where his hind legs are not so far underneath him... more four square, don't worry about stacking him.

Hi Joe,

Your puppy has a very nice pedigree.  Both Sire and Dam are very good dogs.  The puppy still has alot to grow and develop.  With time I am sure the topline will improve.  It most definately should not worsen.

One question though which I hope you can answer.  Are both testicles on this puppy descended?

Good luck with your boy.  I hope you have many years of joy with him.

I was thinking about asking the same question, Sunsilver!

Sunshine,

Thank you for the well wishes.

To answer your question, yes, both of his testicles are descended.

Two Moons:  I will be posting some more images, but it's gonna be awhile as I just enrolled in a, "How to properly position your dog for random digital images that show emotion" class at the local community college.

It's a 3 credit hour course, and it's all done over the internet. The professor is an expert at interpreting random digital images of dogs for signs of pain, despair, joy and anger, while getting the dog to stand properly, ofcourse.  I am really excited about it !

Why even ask for advice/opinions if you are going to be so offensive/sarcastic about it????

Thank you for the link Joe - Hilary is a nice Hungarian girl! I wouldn't worry about your pup - I too think his topline will improve as he matures. You love him - and that is what is important. Send more pix when you have the time - and have a wonderful life together. Also - enjoy your Internet course!

LOL....  I hear what your sayin Joe.
I'd still like to see a heads up picture.   Not posed.

LOL vinegarjoe, witty and well written.

I don't think different poses are going to help, and I'm sure you take good care of your pup, and you know better than anyone if he is happy or not or in pain.

I also think you knew the answer to your question before you posted.... I'm sorry about your pup.   Disappointing I'm sure.

Let us know what the vet says.

Would it be possible to get him to "stack up" and see if he looks any different.

Just curious.
