why is table training for tracking obedience and protection different fomr doing the training on the ground?
what makes being on a table so different for the articles and the dummbells and biting a sleeve specially since the dog can do that on the ground

what good table training does is eliminate the dogs options.. there is good table training.. and really bad table training..
just another way to work a dog.. if you so choose.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe it builds frustration, and fight. However I have never heard of it used for anything other than confidence building with bite training.

In tracking training for the plotz, it puts you at an easy level to work the dog rather than having to constantly bend over. Done properly, the dog is trained to plotz on the article within 2-5 days and will not forget. In addition, and again done properly, it strongly reenforces who the alpha is and will ensure the dog never has any aggression nor rebellion toward you. A great tool

Only for experienced people, not amateurs.

If done properly it teaches focus on the bite and builds confidence.
