Dog1,,I corrected my post above I meant to say Randy's crew,,not Rik..I wouldn't mind seeing Rik's crew lol, but I am not sure if I ever met Rik,, ;) How is that little sable male doing??,,,,

Thanks for the above post !!. I remember hearing about this litter..,,I am excited to see how Elle and Enzo will do,,I actually loved their sire Zambo last year at the NASS he was my favorites and the dam Honey caught my eye as she was quite pretty..:) I think Honey was pregnant with Elli and Enzo at the time.???..Elli is a super looking gal!!,,

Is Honey owned by Sitasmom??,,It is hard keeping all this straight..Any repeat litters..;)

Ruger1,

Little sable male Timo you liked so much is entered in the show. I saw him a week ago and he's severely out of coat but is still stunning. He outgrew some puppy flaws and if he grows some hair. I think he's a contender again this year. His sable sister is entered too.

Honey was pregnant at the NASS. She is due back in season anytime. Plan is to stay on the performance side and stick with the line through Enzo.

Big crew again this year. Feel free to join us. 18 or so entered. 4 in the working classes. Some are returning to competition from the NASS, others returning from having been away a couple years. Some are not able to make it. For 30% of our group, it will be their first show.

Sounds like a blast. Wish I could be there. Work schedule won't allow it this year, but it might next year.
Good luck to all my friends at the event.

Quick update.

There are 8 progeny groups! That's a serious turn out. Look at what that means. There are 8 males that are developing groups across the country. That's 8 groups of people coming together, working together, putting it together and taking it to a National Show. The movement to change the type of sieger show from a 'dog on the day' show to a 'breed show' as it is in Germany continues.

For anyone that wants to be involved in German Shepherds. Involvement in a group developing a male is where the best opportunity exists. The best offspring, the best resources, the best opportunity to save the most money on what is becoming a very expensive hobby. Need some explainations or examples? Just post it here and I'll elaborate.

Total of 4 dogs in the running for Universal Sieger. Space on the team for 3. Who will make it this year?

Mother vs. Daughter competition in the working class. Mother is well placed in Germany. Mother's sister is VA rated. Daughter is from VA1 Ober Bad Boll and top 3 in the youth class at the Austrian Sieger Show.

Duel in the puppy classes for future Universal competitors! That's right. The next generation of Universal competitors has been selected by teams that were very successful at the world level last year. They are going for it again this year in Slovenia with their current working dogs and have selected some prospects for the Universal competion in the future.

Both teams are accomplished. Both teams have already placed high, (top 5) at the World Level. Both teams are beginning with the next generation and they have entries in the puppy classes. All prospects are from conformation lines. All future candidates are from the dogs identified on this website as having the ability to pass on working ability. Some puppies are linebreed on one of the dogs identified. Another is a combination of two of the best. The future starts here.

Ruger, Blitizen..
Randy gave me the rare opportunity to co-own a fantastic female and I jumped on it.
Through Randy's management Honey has accomplished much.
