Actually quite a few breeders from Serbia submit x-rays to the SV. The results are listed on the SV database https://www.sv-doxs.net/ so the SV accepts them. I would check there first. Of course this does not guarantee that the x-rays that are submitted are ones of that dog, but the SV must have some faith in them to publish them on their website.

What would you prefer? Perhaps a handwritten doctors note would be best?
